Daddy's Family Christmas

We had Christmas with Daddy's side of the family on Sunday at our house. It was our first time to host their Christmas, and we had fun getting everything ready. It was also nice because we didn't have to load up a bunch of gear and pack 'n plays to another house. If someone got tired, we could just put them down in their own bed. Caroline didn't have ANY naps and did great. We may be on our way to not having any naps at all! I can't say that I'm looking forward to that. It's always nice when their naps overlap even a little!

After having our traditional meal, everyone headed around the corner to the park for some family pictures. Hopefully they'll turn out great! After the pictures and a little play time, we headed back to our house to watch the kids open presents. It was crazy and so much fun. Caroline got her first two wheel bike (with training wheels)! It may be a little bit before she can ride it, but I think she'll like it. Actually, I'm not even sure she realized it was for her - her cousins Aidan and Luke hoped on it so fast, she never did want to sit on it. We'll have to work on that. Here are some pictures of our day:

Caroline loved her kitty pillow and blanket from Aunt Jan, Uncle Stan, and Clancey!
