We went to Kobe Steakhouse a couple of weeks ago to celebrate all our birthdays (five of us have birthdays within one month of each other). Kobe is a Japanese restaurant where they cook the food in front of you, and it's always lots of fun. Unfortunately, none of us really considered that Caroline might not be quite as entertained as the rest of us. As it turns out, she was absolutely terrified of the fire! Not only of the fire at our table, but at any other fire in the entire restaurant. Not the most relaxing dinner... Guess we should have tried having a fire in the fireplace at home first!
