It began on Saturday when Aunt Vicki and Aunt Janis decided to have a birthday party for Caroline at the park with the cousins in town. It was so sweet to see then all play together, and so thoughtful of my sister-in-laws. Thanks so much, y'all!
Sunday, we had my parents and brother and sister-in-law over for burgers and to just hang out. That was fun, and very low key. Caroline and Eric had a ball, and we enjoyed visiting with everyone.
Then on Monday (Daddy's day off) we decided to go to the bounce house place in the mall with Daddy. It was a little touch and go in the beginning, but by the end, we had to tear the kids away from all the fun. It was a great weekend!

What we arrived to at the park - so cute. I think Caroline was a little overwhelmed at the beginning (okay, a lot overwhelmed), but I think she really had fun once she settled in. (She's kind of like her Daddy - not so sure about suprises!)

She started to slide down, but changed her mind at the last minute. Oops - too late - she's already sliding down! If you enlarge it, I'm pretty sure that's a look of terror on her face!
They really liked sliding down this one slide while holding hands - so cute!

ok, I love the picture of the boys in the hats reading!!! too cute! happy birthday caroline!!! and I love that they went down the slide holding hands. is that all a mother could want or what?!?
